Return & Refund Policy – Vistora Doha Qatar

Vistora Doha is Qatar's trusted online store for gadgets, electronics, and car accessories. We want every customer across Qatar to shop with confidence, so here's how our returns and refunds work.

Return Eligibility

Customers in Qatar may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used electronic products
• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Final sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Qatar-based support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos for verification.

"Non-Returnable Items":

• Hygienic personal care products (e.g., shavers, trimmers, oral care devices, and similar items) once opened, unsealed, or used

"المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع":

• المنتجات الشخصية ذات الطابع الصحي (مثل ماكينات الحلاقة، المقصات الكهربائية، أدوات العناية بالفم، وما شابهها) بعد فتحها أو كسر الختم أو استخدامها

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. A 10% logistics and processing fee applies to cover reverse logistics across Qatar. Customers requesting a refund within 48 hours will incur a 20% express processing fee.

If you place a new order with Vistora Doha within 14 days of receiving a refund, the logistics fee paid will be credited as a discount toward your new purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs across Qatar unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. If a delivery rider arrives in Qatar and the order is cancelled or refused at the doorstep, a 20% fee applies to cover delivery costs.
